Professional
- Paul Atkinson, serves as the adjunct instructor for ECO 592. His financial services and risk management career began in 1986 with Bank of America antecedent corporation Fleet Bank. He has been with HSBC Bank USA since 1996, and has attained the title of Vice President and Senior Manager. He is charged with BASEL II capital analytics and reporting for the North American holding company, with balance sheet assets in excess of $450 billion. He has held positions in credit risk management, as well as commercial lending. He has an undergraduate degree from Canisius College, a Masters Degree from UB, and an MBA from Canisius College.
