Adding or Dropping courses

after SRC add/drop deadlines

Graduate Student

Exceptional  Registration Form

To be used only in exceptional circumstances where a course add or course drop is needed past the standard Student Response Center drop/add periods. Please fill out, sign, and have Professors sign.

Form is submitted directly to the Graduate School.

The Graduate School makes final decisions on all Exceptional Registration requests.

ECO 600

Independent Research

Course Registration

This form is to be used to apply for ECO 600 Independent Research.

Fill out the form, have the professor sponsoring the research sign, and return to the Assistant Director for course registration.

Grading

To Request a Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory grade. Please consult individual professors for signature and bring a signed copy to the Assistant Director for filing.

Per Graduate School Policies & Procedures,

only a certain percentage of courses towards the degree can be S/U grading.

To be used to apply for graduation from the Masters Economics Programs.

Please fill out, sign, and submit to the Assistant Director. Forms are time sensitive.

Registration Requirement

Used to waive the Continuous Registration Requirement per Graduate School Policies & Procedures.

The Graduate School makes final decisions on all Continuous Registgration requests.

International students only -- used for immigration status purposes.

Please consult ISSS office and Assistant Director for any question.

An Application To Candidacy must be filed in order for the Certification Full Time Status form to be submitted.

Academic Withdrawal Guidelines

Students wanting to withdraw from the university after the resignation period must:

consult with their academic advisors for appropriate procedures,
justification, and documentation to request an academic withdrawal (grade of “W”).

Leave of Absence

Leave of Absence

To be used when a student chooses to leave the program for a semester or year.
